We were promised a much better and better performing website. After many meetings and work that was incorrect and/or non-functional and many more meetings where the work continued to be uncorrected, we had had enough and stopped the process. And even though their work was sloppy and didn't perform as promised, they continued to charge us a monthly fee for a website that wasn't live because it didn't work. We finally received a refund for the monthly service costs but, so far, they are unwilling to provide any type of refund ... read more
They treat their customers as inventory and only care how much money they can take from you. I would highly recommend going with any other vendor. Agency revolution preys on small businesses and writes a very one way contract to make sure they can maximize their profit off of you.
