The guys are very helpful and knowledgeable about bikes. They are really the only BMX shop in the area. They are a bit more freestyle oriented than the other shops though they work on my Mom's XC bike too. Everyone is very friendly and you can tell they love bikes.
We have been to several shops and have found that The Agency to be the most helpful. Our family is tall and we required special parts and frames. The Agency staff helped us select frames and parts to fit our needs. We have taken the basic mechanic's course that they offer and are going to take the wheel class. The class was very informative and helped us better understand our bikes and their maintenance. We always recommend The Agency to our friends.
