Je ne comprends pas comment une entreprise aussi mal gérée peut encore opérer légalement. J’ai tenté de contacter CBV pour obtenir une confirmation écrite d’un paiement que j’ai déjà effectué — ce qui est un droit fondamental quand on clôture un dossier de dette. Au lieu de m’aider, on m’a raccroché au nez à plusieurs reprises, sans explication, sans professionnalisme, et surtout avec une attitude arrogante et agressive. Cest tellement desagreable leur boite d'apel, sa racroche, fonction invalide, pas moyen de parler a une receptioniste pour se faire rediriger mais y veulent se faire payer par exemple....
