The aids do not show up on time or keep a regular schedule. Will only drive 5 miles per week. Aids are dishonest, lazy, whiny and frankly incompetent. I was sent an aid that did not know what a blender is or how to use it. Aids were dishonest in reporting their time, hence overcharging. Management is much more concerned with keeping their employees happy rather helping the client. I advise avoiding this agency.
Staff is out of this world rude and inhumane. They treat you horribly. Try calling to ask questions and you will be hung up on. I feel bad for all CNA and HHA's that join this company.
I live out of state and was referred to Agless Placements for in home care for my father. Patty and her staff have always been helpful and compassionate. If your looking for a group to help with your loved ones I would look no further then Agless Placements!
