I got a lash lift and tint last year which was great, but my experience trying to book again has been a nightmare. I booked online but never got a confirmation. I tried booking again and still nothing. I called and tried to speak with someone only to get a text back. I arranged an apt via text and was told I would get a text message confirmation which I did not. I canceled my apt after not hearing back and said I would reschedule. Danielle is absolutely amazing! She is so welcoming and made me feel comfortable with trying new beauty treatments. I’ve seen her for a couple of eyelash lift/tint appointments and a spray tan appointment. She always goes above and beyond by answering all my beauty and skin care questions!
