I have been a client at the Lexington location for almost 5 yrs. I have always been happy with the service and results until recently. I paid almost double because I wanted more done. Sadly, the results didn’t reflect that. I have been told and have suspicions of over reconstituting, and it was not properly injected as the product was running down my face and was splashed onto my eyelid almost in my eye! So happy with my visit! Hope was very nice and informative. Customer service is also top notch! I got the Xeonin and lip flip.
Hope was extremely patient and explained everything well. I had a lot of questions and was quite nervous but she answered everything as detailed as possible so I knew what to expect and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I felt like I was chatting with a friend while doing beauty care rather than nervously watching the clinician preform a procedure.
