I want to start out by saying, this office space is peaceful, clean and each and every staff member is sweet, welcoming and amazing! I’ve chatted on and off again for a few months with the front desk girls along with Dr.Gagliardi! I’ve Struggled with pockets of baby fat my whole entire life on certain areas of my body, taking birth control made these problems, worst. First time getting Botox ever and I trusted Dr. Gagliardi… it was the WORST experience ever. My eyelids have been droopy for a month now. He never discussed with me the risks, other than a possible allergic reaction, which is rare. I’m taking prescription eye drops, which helps very little. Not the outcome I wanted. All I wanted was to smooth out the wrinkles(11) between my eyes. He won’t respond to my emails or phone calls.
