Amazing staff, made me feel super comfortable with the procedures
I recently visited this clinic for a full-face laser session ($85) and charged $120 for not even full face . Before starting, I clearly mentioned that I did not want laser on my forehead or cheeks, only upper jaw sides near the ears and the chin under area, as I barely have hair on the rest of my face. I was then informed that the under-chin area is counted as “neck” and charged separately, which was disappointing. Given that I wasn’t getting laser on most of my face, I expected some flexibility.
