Arrogant. This place is for those that can't turn an allen wrench. Only want to sell service and high priced bikes. Don't bother asking for a part.
Great bike shop
Friendly location, good selection of parts and accessories at good prices. My go-to place for all kinds of parts and good advice!
They've done good work on my bikes and are always friendly (bike-shop friendly, anyway 😅) — but I was surprised that when I brought it in for a tune up they didn't wipe a single thing down. Not asking to clean the bike from top to bottom, but in other shops I've been to, you could tell they gave it a quick wipe down. That won't stop me from coming back though!
Bought two new bikes and customer service was excellent. This is the place to go.
