Lovely, helpful Staff….. Kind at Reception…. I do think there could be more funding applied to eventuate better such sad situations for those when they pass away, as it was quite confronting to see how on the occasion our theatre crew, arrived to pick up a resident, part of our Prestigious group, only to see people taking a beloved person, away after they had passed, out the front of the entrance. Some staff looking after Mum are amazing, food very average and cheap,but management are just always passing off issues and do not deal with problems.Disappointing for the outrageous fees.
A very bad experience. A very rude, and unprofessional Client Liason Officer. She made dealing with Glenview very unpleasant. Any communication with her was less than satisfactory. Staffing on the ward was hit and miss. Whilst there was some staff that was caring, kind and competent, there was a lot that was lacking with clinical care.
Very disappointing experience. The Client Liaison Officer, Cynthia Neilson Beck, is rude, unprofessional, and shows no empathy. Families are misled with promises of bed availability, only to have dates delayed. Escalating issues to her manager, Alison Natera, only makes the process slower. The facility is hard to navigate for anyone with mobility issues and has a strong unpleasant odour. If you care about your loved ones, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for aged care or respite.
