If you care about your loved ones do not place them at Glenview. Last two years care has been appalling and fee rip offs unbelievable. Care is supposed to help families not push them to despair
When my wife needed to move to permanent supported accommodation after 24 years of home care, we chose Glenview. The accommodation is excellent and the range of activities cover many interests and provide an opportunity to try something new. Personal care is respectful, attentive, and staff work hard to reach industry goals set by Canberra. I am grateful for the level of care provided by Glenview, a level that was no longer possible at home.
I commenced residence at Glenview in April 2024, my older brother who resided at Glenview, spoke favourably about the organisation as did my family members. I have experienced great support here and have enjoyed my time. I always speak positively about Glenview as I am in better circumstances than I had lived prior.
