How can someone get away with smoking ,almost infront of your front door in a retirement village. I'm a smoker,but choose to in my backyard area to smoke,thereby not impinging on other tenants rights.

Brilliant, they helped me have a voice while advocating for my mum. Sarah and Jackie are beautiful caring people who have supported me in making my mum gets the right care in her nursing home.
