What a fantastic service "Aged Care Made Easy"! I phoned up to get some assistance for my myself and husband. I spoke to a wonderful woman Nicci who went above and beyond to help us with information and guidance. She was professional with a touch of empathy which went a long way! Will be recommending "Aged Care Made Easy" to my friends. Also offering that, if needed, can feel free to communicate again.
While I was on holidays, mum called and needed some help finding a provider to assist her with her day-to-day tasks. Not knowing what I was doing... at all (having never been in this position) I called the Aged Care Made Easy helpline. Absolutely lovely and amazing people to talk to on the phone. Were very helpful in assisting us with our enquiries about aged care services. We currently like to give our clients the "Your essential guide to aged care booklets which were provided by Aged Care Made Easy. Would recommend this booklet. Christie and Jo (Registered Nurses).
