Berenice assisted us to navigate the system with personalised service, professionalism and care and sensitivity for our entire family. Our only regret is that we didn’t make contact with her sooner.
Berenice has been such a helpful, capable, and caring person to assist us with finding the best place for our Father to relocate into a Nursing Home. One of the best decisions our family has ever made was enlisting the help of Berenice to find a suitable aged care facility for my father. She was very compassionate and patient with our many questions and her wealth of experience made the difficult task of trying to navigate the aged care system so much less stressful for all of us.
