very very poor service...very slow and the government should think about prioritizing the elderly not giving contracts to slow and unresponsive subcontractors.
Been waiting since February for an urgent ACAT Assessment on the Gold Coast. I've also been told that getting packages, once approved, can take up to 1 year from the assessment date and that some people die before they even get the help they so desperately need. THE SYSTEM IS TOTALLY BROKEN!
