They were really nice to talk to and explained the process to me. I am still in contact with them and I am positive they will help us through difficult times
Staff helpful, but I am confused
They are there to help if you have someone who is sick and needs care the assessment team will assess you and help with nearly everything you need when I was a carer I was surprised at 1st visit they ordered brand new mobility walker and other things like having your unit modified to suit your needs better it's sad the gentlemen past away due to covid so in the end he didn't need anything but as I said there quick and reliable.
