This service is amazing, the staff are always stretched however they all ensure that they give their time willingly.
I'm satisfied with the aged care and nursing that my friend receives at this place. The Royal Melbourne Hospital staff are friendly and helpful. Accommodation is clean and tidy. I can travel via public transport to Royal Park Campus. Meals are served regularly and nutritious.
I'm scared for my mother now in there -hopefully, will be out soonish if the hospital, any section of it, doesn't kill her first or wrangle their way into her money and ship her off into a nursing home. Haven't been able to visit to see for myself aesthetic-wise, but taking into account whole heatedly what Vicky wrote ... .
