Used Margaret for contract review and general advice and was very impressed. Her knowledge is clearly comprehensive across facilities, processes, common positions / “tactics”, contract features, financials, government support options (and sizing them). She was very generous with her time, advice and insights, and unlocked meaningful savings and improved terms for us. Would certainly recommend.

Margaret is one of the most knowledgeable and kind aged care advisors in Melbourne. We had to urgently relocate my father from assisted living in Sydney to an aged care retirement home in Melbourne and she was beyond amazing. Her rolodex opened doors in a few days at retirement villages that we hadn't had responses from in weeks. I cannot thank Margaret enough for the advice and the work she did for our family. We found ourselves in a position where we need to move our Mum back from the Gold Coast to aged care in Melbourne. Margaret organised appointments at various aged care facilities based on our requirements, set up appointments for us to visit and also completed all the admission documentation and processes on our behalf, which just left us the job of physically moving mum interstate.
