I highly recommend Willowgrove. Every staff member is dedicated, caring, attentive, cheerful, and encouraging. The recreation programs are stimulating and inclusive. The food is nourishing and varied while meeting dietary needs. The PSW staff in the secure memory neighbourhood are calm, patient, and well trained to meet individual residents’ needs and personalities. The informative medical staff are exceptionally professional. A wonderful experience for my mother. Such a peace of mind for her family members.
Our best friend was at Willowgrove on Old Mohawk Rd for 2 years. We can not say enough about the excellent care, support and love. We were blown away every week. Highly recommend and defintely would go there when/if the day comes. Team BayFront, Rachel and Rachel and Rec all PSW, RPN, Chaplain, Dr ...all exceptional care and kindness and great food.
I can’t say enough how amazing of attention to detail the staff at WILLOGROVE commits too, if I could give it 6 stars I would!
