If you are looking for a company that returns phone calls, emails, etc - you are at the wrong place. Requests for tracking numbers, return calls, etc. are non-existant in the Pet Division. Thank goodness the clothing is nice - but these days that is not enough to keep a customer. There is a problem when you cant get answers regarding your orders. Hopefully, this will get straightened out and the company will obtain personel in that department that is as good as the product they sell.
