Dr. Brooke is an excellent physical therapist. She explains the exercises well and and knows what is needed. She has a wonderful personality and is a delight!
Great experience! Was beginning to have balance problems, Brooke evaluated me& gave me some simple exercises to do to work on my balance.
I have been very impressed with the staff at Age Fit PT. The exercises are geared toward older adults with increased exercises added as you improve. These exercises can be followed daily even after PT sessions are completed. They are understanding of your needs and so helpful. I totally recommend Age Fit PT for older adults who experience balance issues and weak muscles.
Brooke helped me so much with my stability and pain I was experiencing in my arms. Would recommend to anyone that feel they are not as stable while getting older. Also, if you are having various joint pain.
