Recently had contact with a Female staff member at the Counties Manukau branch & she (Liz) was exceptionally rude & never stopped over talking me whilst in a telephone conversation. I wasted my time contacting these people I feel. I felt that they didn't really want to help at all.

I found staff to be very friendly and welcoming,also very helpful.
