My neighbour recommended Age Care Directions. and I highly recommend them if you are navigating the aged care process. Kym is the Manager who helped and guided me along the way. He managed all of the paperwork/forms, found aged care accomodation options. The overwhelming process ahead was very daunting for me and Kym alleviated my stress right from our first meeting. My mother is settled into her new home, I would never of found it without Kym's help.
