I find it hard to believe that I was denied a loan of $59,000 for a tractor when I own a 2million dollar farm and all my equipment is paid for....my credit score is 750 with no debt. My hazelnut farm income is 6 figures and did I mention Im a disabled Veteran. Despicable ....the hell with these people
Do not work with this company
Have online payment setup to pay by December 28th 2023 with Agdirect and again they have sent request to our bank.
Do not use this company. They mail our invoice late almost every month. Then try to charge us a late fee. They always have an excuse as to why it is late. Worst customer service I have dealt with in a while.
I must have fallen into every black hole at this company in the short year I have been with them. Just the worst customer service ever until you just lose it and demand to speak to a manager if the representative is willing to transfer you or follow through on a call back. One problem after another which takes speaking to what seems like every employee there before you find someone willing to do their job correctly.
