Aggie assisted us with some family property that had to be purchased back from the state once my great aunt passed. My wife and I met with Ms. Guy to have a joint will drawn up. 3 months went by and after repeated phone calls and requests for information, we heard nothing, We were forced to terminate our relationship with her. Went with another lawyer and never received our retainer. Very unprofessional. Steer clear.
If I could give 0 stars I would. She is a horrible person. My mother passed in April 2020, she didn't have a will. I fought with 2 different counties before anyone would claim the case, clerk's office appointed Agatha Guy to the case because I was told I couldn't be executor since I lived in FL, found out was a lie. She took over the case June 2020, still not settled. My mother owed no money, the property has been sold, taxes did not need to be filed, but yet I'm still waiting for her to settle everything.
