Tapas Agarwal was very responsive and I like the fact that I was actually talking directly with the attorney and not just support staff. I was in a hit and run accident in a car I was borrowing so more complex of a situation. He fought for every dollar available through my uninsured motorist policy and the insurance of the car owner I was borrowing. Mr. Agarwal was extremely professional and swift with the results he obtained. He was exceptionally empathetic to my injuries and financial predicament caused by my accident. The insurance company originally offered me 1500 dollars for my permeant injuries Mr. Agarwal was able to obtain a substantially larger settlement and I was able to cover the expenses I had incurred while not able to work full time plus a good amount for pain and suffering. Intelligent, attentive and quick just the type of lawyer you want on your side.
