Transportation called to confirm my trip then 20 minutes later the driver called to pick me up. I told him it’s way too early for them to pick me up. When it was time for them to pick me up there was no call. So I called the main number to find out where my driver was and the lady cut me off saying I wasn’t ready when the driver came. Mind u the driver was 6 hours early.
Lately the. Transport service has been downgraded from #5 star to #1star! From a rude driver to telling me to ready when he called me 45 minutes to pickup..THEN THIS PASS FRIDAY THE App link enabling us to return home..WAS UNEMABLED ....to texting me telling my driver left when he never arrived...when I tried to call the number to THE BASE to discuss the matter no pick up yet after waiting outside FOR 50MINS.,.WER ELDERLY CLIENTS GOING FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT or APPOINTMENTS trying to get home to rest!
