If you want to be late to where ever your going this is the transportation company for you! Worst transportation service i ever was assigned to and awful customer service experience as well. Don't waste your time its not worth even calling . I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Agape used to be my car service for years way before they moved to gun hill. But now, being that they changed the rates on the trips for the drivers, it makes it very difficult for a lot of us to get home after 5 o'clock. Come on, guys, you can do better than that. Agape is good in the daytime, but after 5 o'clock now, forget about it. Sad situation for one of the big car services in the city.

Had my sisters pick up for rehab scheduled for 10:45 a.m her appointment was at11:30 car didn't show up till 11:45 and thank God her rehab gave us to 12:30 waiting to be pick up at the appointment to go home at 12:45 wanted us to wait until 2:45 worst medical transport service ever told MAS medical transport to get a different car service thank God they had local car services like dejoys on Staten Island
