This has to be one of the worst companies ever !!! My boyfriend had a ride today and left his wallet in a drivers vehicle. The driver is refusing to return the wallet and the company is of no help. He has spoken to multiple people in regards and they refuse to let him speak to a supervisor. They are telling him the driver is taking his wallet home and will return it to the base on Monday, today is Friday !!! Mind you he’s been going back and forth with the company with about 1 something this afternoon.
My driver was professional and car was very clean. They came to pick me up quickly no waiting. I would definitely use this car service again.
