Used to use them all the time - but as others have noted, they not only dont show up now, they keep telling you to wait 20 minutes and call back, and often, you can wait 60 minutes and no driver shows up and you end up calling Uber Not sure if they have new management, but after booking over a dozen rides with them, I am done, and recommending to MAS that they be dropped as a provider as I have already missed 3 medical appointments because of them, all 3 which involved taking time off of work, and then just not showing up a... read more
