There's 30 apartments and we have one washing machine. The other one has been broken for 2 months. They put a sign on it saying it would be fixed. That was 6 weeks ago. I asked the manager when they were going to fix it, she said she ordered new ones and it will be another month! SO FRUSTRATING!!!

I moved here a month ago and you couldn’t find anything nicer. The apartment is large and roomy with carpet in living room and bedroom, linoleum in bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of inside storage. Very well maintained. Nice patio right out your door with gardening area. Beautifully landscaped courtyards. Nice quiet area and friendly neighbors. Perfect place to retire.

My relative lived there and when trying to get a hold of them in an emergency the number my relative gave me did not work. It is the same number as advertised by AGAPE. There is no other number for them anywhere to be found. All AGAPE renters are elderly, most with health problems. Many very serious. Who is in charge? Who will correct this serious problem? Yet they will still keep getting money from the government unchecked.
