Poor Customer Service. They have a call/emal centre from another country and a sales lady at the warehouse who gives you instructions which are completely wrong!
Worst company ever existed, the bed I bought from them is still in pieces since April can’t not be used as it is faulty. No follow up, zero customer service, emails to prove they are lie, only accessible via email, you never get a reply from the same person. Never spend your money here…. I have been sleeping on the floor. They won’t even take whenever percentage they want/need from the amount I paid and refund the rest. Absolutely disgraceful. Scam and blackmail alert
Please don't shop here!!!I I suspect this is a scam company. We paid 3.5k for a bed that was suppose to be delivered no later than mid March. Well its May tomorrow and despite emailing and calling weekly, no-one can tell me where our bed is. I have been requesting a full refund for a month however the service lady keeps ignoring the request in emails or assuring me she'll call back with an update (never did) or that the bed is on its way. It has been over 10 weeks and my stock has not been delivered. I have been advised that it may take another 4 to 6 weeks until I receive my order and it is all due to Chinese new year. This means almost 4 months delivery if they are telling me the truth. I have spent $1700 and they are happy to partly refund and want to keep 30% of my deposit if I want t cancel my order. I purchased a bed frame on 15/12/23, and paid the full amount from Agape Furniture via MyDeal.com.au. with a delivery period of 3-7 business days. I received the confirmation of my purchase on the same day including the invoice of the transaction. I then received another email that the item has been dispatched on 19/12/23. Dodgy! Purchased a 3 seat sofa a month ago. Received confirmation of order was in stock Delivery 6 to 10 days after order. After a week still no Delivery info. They use an international phone service so you can't actually speak to any one who can help. Multiple call backs requested.
