I purchased a pair of shoes and 2 weeks later tried returning because they were defective. The store staff didnt help me. I was told to call in 1 hr to speak to the store manager Sabrina and when I did she was not there. Left a call back number and she never reached out to me. I called the corporate office and was transferred to speak to the district mgr Lucy and never got a call back after 2 voicemail attempts.
