horrible customer service with rude staff.
One thing I'm seeing in the reviews is that they have a problem with the policy, every store has their policy, and that's something the manager can't change, and on top of that I knew the store manager and she isnt rude she goes out of her way to help customers all the time. To the lady who mad cuz she told u your niece can't wear the shoes around the store and that she has to take them to the register that's our policy, if u wanted to see if she could walk in them u need to stay in the shoe part of the store, don't get mad ... read more
