I am a start-up company (a new franchisee of Pet Passages) and Anita has been of great service to helping us get up and going. AG Consulting is a part of my team of professionals and Anita has great knowledge and experience.
The owner of this company was rude and unprofessional to me, her client at the time. I was shocked and disappointed by her comments to my via telephone. Not sure what happened to customer service in businesses today but it seems many companies have forgotten who pays them.
We are a non-profit and have been a client for a year now. Anita is very professional, dedicated and delivers our bookkeeping, tax documents on time. She has made it so easy for us to have clean, fresh accounting statements every month and every year. We are more than happy, we are delighted!
