I hired A&G to install a large roller shade in my office and the plan was to have them come back and order zebra shades for the entire house. After installing the one in my office, within a week I noticed the fabric is ripping apart by the metal cover. I have called Alex multiple times for 2 months now and at first he said I will come next week and now just doesn't answer the phone or ignore my messages.
