5 stars over and over! I have been going to Ana for my lash extensions and eyebrows (microblading) for almost 4 years now. Prior to having the pleasure of meeting her, I went to many other lash and microblading technicians, even going as far as Montreal in the hopes of finding someone who was talented and delivered beautiful and lasting results. This place is so nice and clean, and the job is amazing, I’m so happy with my eyebrows. My best decision!
If I could give zero I would. They have a 7 day cancellation policy which is in violation of the Ontario consumer protection act. I have brusing on my face and called to reschedule she told me that it was a cancelation and that I would be charged. I am filing a complaint with the Ontario consumer protection agency.
