Pick a different company when you’re in crisis. They wouldn’t work with insurance company, significantly over charged their estimate (by about $10k), and then instead of pursuing insurance, garnished $21k. Seriously, pick a different company. They’ll only add to your trauma.

Charlatans, crooks, swindlers They took advantage of me when I was not in the right state of mind, they had me sign a contract that shouldn’t have held up because I just had ECT done the past six hours and the hospital said in their paperwork not to make any big decisions. No compassion, care, or understanding. Records of emails being sent, pleading to them about not knowing how to pay them, and wanting to “off” myself, and their reply was very cold. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY Our family hired them to clean up after our family member was found dead. They said they had spoken to our insurance company and that everything was covered. After everything was said and done they gave us a 11,000 dollar bill and said they had never spoke with our insurance. We contacted our insurance and they were will to pay, but aftermath wouldn't talk to our insurance company and sent our bill to collections.
