Amber and Jordan were incredible day 1 was the inspection very professional they walked through the home told me what needed to be cleaned what needed to be thrown away. After they were done they walked me through the house they told me everything they did I was so impressed. This is not an easy job and it’s not an easy call to make families should not have to go through this and there is so much unknown and nervous feeling. But they were amazing! Professionals! And understood what our family was going through.
Emergency situation at my property on a Sunday afternoon. Other 24/7 so called hazmat companies never called back, or answered. Aftermath promptly answered, was aware of my situation, and sent out Dolores for meet up. Due to certain circumstances that night, Aftermath returned the next two days for cleanup. Dolores, and team kept me updated on what to expect. They worked professionally, and in a timely matter. Excellent job during this stressful process. I will recommend to everyone.
I don't do reviews unless I'm incredibly angry or incredibly impressed. This time I can't communicate how impressed I am. I called in the morning, saw them shortly after noon, and was offered a complete solution to a very difficult situation 15 minutes later. The young ladies that came were compassionate, professional and kind. Our family are very grateful for the way we've been treated by Service Master.
Travis was an Angel sent to help us with a monumental hazardous waste cleanup. We never could have managed without him.
Aftermath, Frankie and his stellar professional team guided us through the mitigation process every step of the way. We were in Texas and they coordinated the clean up via Zoom for our convenience. They were very communicative about what we had to do to make the place like new. They were truly compassionate and committed to excellence. We recommend them without reservation.
