Aftermath, Frankie and his stellar professional team guided us through the mitigation process every step of the way. We were in Texas and they coordinated the clean up via Zoom for our convenience. They were very communicative about what we had to do to make the place like new. They were truly compassionate and committed to excellence. We recommend them without reservation.
Amber and her crew were professional, respectful and skilled. They did an excellent cleanup of a home where someone died. They kept to their quote and didn’t try to add anything extra to the work job. I truly appreciated their kindness and patience.
Everyone from the first phone call until The house was done were exceptionally compassionate, professional and wonderful. It’s a horrible experience and somehow they made it less so. I have never had to deal with this before and had no idea what to expect, but the process was efficient, timely and done with so much professionalism. I would not have been able to deal with the following week without Cecily and her team. For those going through this now, it’s unpleasant but somehow they made it less so.
I cannot begin to thank Franky and his Aftermath team enough for the quick response to my call. My dad passed away and the house required delicate non judgmental attention. Franky was with me every step of the way. he and his team managed to find documents that helped me move forward with the process and made sorting through the chaos much more manageable.
