Michelle & crew @ Afterglow are absolutely hands down amazing. Not only did my hairstyle come out perfectly for my wedding (and held all day & night!) She also was able to accommodate me (and my bridesmaids) pretty late in the game. Not being from the area made it challenging to line up wedding vendors in general. Michelle, the owner of Afterglow, did my hair for my daughter's wedding. I met her a few months earlier for a trial run to make sure we were on the same page. I brought lots of photos. She perfectly met my expectations. My up do held for hours and was exactly what I wanted. Michelle is delightful and extremely competent with up dos. It's a bit hard to find as it is on a dirt road and the signs are small. Highly recommend. I was thrilled with the results.

I'll have to admit, I was a little weary at first finding a salon in "rural" Vermont. I was born and raised outside of NYC, so I am picky and my expectations are very high. When I first heard of Afterglow, I didn't really have my hopes up too high...I thought to myself, well I will give it a try...a hair trial can't hurt!
