I can't tell you how much of a better experience it is to rent your Tuxedo here rather than Men's Warehouse or any other commercial store. There's usually only one person working and they will get you in and out with a great tux, in a no-sales-pressure, non-judgmental setting. They worked with me even after I wanted to change my initial order and still got it in on time. Recommended 10/10

Do not recommend. Only go if you really screwed up and didn't plan. Surprised at all the good reviews. Sadly, my experience here was very poor. Short review: I got two bait and switches in one day and wasted a lot of time. Quality of product seemed just fine. (no idea why I'm doing two stars instead of 1). 2 bait and switches: 1- False advertising on prices: I called on the phone to ask if they could help me, and (without me asking price) they said it would be between $99 (low end) and $199 (highest possible). The older gentleman I worked with was responsive, intelligent, and attentive. I was able to try on the exact model of tuxedo jacket I requested, and he gave a fair price for the rental. My overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend doing business at his establishment.
Today we visited for the first time. We spent an enjoyable 30-40 minutes with Harold going over options, doing measurements, and then the fitting. Harold was kind, helpful, and it felt like a partnership. Thanks Harold!!
