Went to a show at rec room specifically for an opening band I really wanted to check out. The promoter or organizer decided last minute to start the show before the start time that the flyer advertised (6pm doors 7pm show) I arrived right at 7pm. I missed the band I wanted to see. They were the only reason I purchased tickets. I'm not sure if after dark just or rec room doesn't care about their guests or have poor management skills, but it ruined my night and I won't forget about it
Changed the lineup for a concert after I'd bought tickets for it and refused to respond to emails & voicemails about a refund. Sucks that they're the only metal promoters in WNY. Super unhappy with this experience.
They stopped selling tickets here. Back to paying +$10 in fees for a $20-30 show!
Never shovel their walk. Be a better neighbor
Nice place place to grab tickets and skip the insane online purchase fees. I think they only charge $1 per ticket here. Parking can be a little tough though. Only on street from what I can tell. Inside is nice and it's a quick process.
