No customer service. Deducting $$$ off our rate con for no reason. Promises for refunds but nothing.
Be carful when you take the loads. They lie constantly about load weight. Double check the weight on the scales somewhere.
Wort customer service, michael fitzgerald rude and terrible at his job, hes a broker or says he is.
This brokes are scammers !! dont use them trust me they will deduct from your rate on the end of the trip !!!
