Kirsten helped me recover from a skiing injury. I badly strained both calf muscles and could barely. After a through evaluation, she guided me through a series of exercises and gentle massage that had me walking in two days and almost fully recovered in three weeks. Kirsten was very friendly and easy to work with. Her treatments and guidance were aggressive but ensured I did not reinjure the damaged muscles and facilitated a speedy recovery. I highly recommend Kirsten. I know I would go back to her in a heartbeat.

Kirsten helped me with a nagging, long term hip injury that has plagued me for years. Her combination of knowledge, compassion, and a variety of interventions have left me with much less pain (even days without pain!)and ample tools to respond to flare ups, should they occur.
Kirsten was able to see me quickly for an acute back injury. Her manual therapy was the most helpful therapy I had while trying to find fast pain relief. She listened to my needs and addressed my problems. She also provided a helpful online PT exercise and stretching program that helped me recover from my back injury quickly. I highly recommend Kirsten and Afresh PT for chronic and acute injuries and pain. Thanks Kirsten! I’ll be back next time I need PT or deep tissue work for acute pain relief.
