I ALWAYS have trouble getting in touch with the credit union. Always goes to voice mail no matter what number I call. The last time I spoke to someone about changing the beneficiary on my account, I was told I had to cancel my current account and open a new account. I was supposed to be sent that paperwork but never got it. So frustrating dealing with them.

Always excellent experience dealing with the credit union. Employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Well deserving of five stars.
