Omg expensive and very over priced. I made a big mistake to go and buy my dress from these people while I could have bought the same dress for half price from Modesto Or Sacramento . They have a much bigger collection of clothing and much cheaper than these people. Anyway I bought a very simple lightweight dress from them and they charged me $175 for it, which again the same dress at Modesto is only $70. I couldn’t believe how close this little store was to so many places I already visited. The location is tucked away in a side street but only blocks away from the Rumi bookstore, mid east market, and a couple halal restaurants. The shop itself is fully packed with beautiful garments, all handmade from Afghanistan. I bought my son a cute little green perran and I bought myself a more casual kuchi dress for everyday wear. Great atmosphere, even better food, and the sheer chair is perfect!
Great place for a great selection of afghan clothes and accessories for a great deal and the only actual afghan clothing store in the area. Shame on the sensetive people who don’t get what they want giving them 1 star, the owners Khala Nasrin and kaka Fahim are the biggest sweethearts I’ve met. Be friendly and respectful and you’ll get the same energy back.
