I have visited the Garfield Hts. location 3 times within the past month. Each time I was helped by a different associate and the customer service each time was spectacular. You have a great group of employees and their customer service is top tier.
I came in to purchase clothes for dental hygiene. The staff were phenomenal! Very helpful finding the specific top and bottoms and made the process stress free! Very kind and helpful ladies there! I'm unsure of other locations but this one is great!

I had a white coat ceremony coming up and I ordered all my scrubs in advance ahead of time. Everyone in my cohort received their scrubs besides me two weeks before the ceremony. I ordered a white greys anatomy jacket. They messed up the ordered sent it somewhere else and I never received the money back difference. I return I received the complete jacket opposite of what I wanted. My white coat ceremony was no longer special.
