called them to get my sisters agi because she went online and did her taxes this year. the guy got rude because she went online instead of going thru them. we asked for her agi for last taxes and he told us but was very hateful about it then we asked another question and he said hold on I have another call then hung up on us.

Me and my husband have been going to Mrs. Susan for a few years now and we will not go any where else. Even after tax season she is always there to answer my questions and helps with anything tax related. You are not just another client you are part of the family.
