Jim always delivers great tax returns and is knowledgeable about tax preparation. He answers any questions I might have and gives advice when asked. Been using his services for several years.
5 star service all the way! I was very embarrassed because I had taxes I hadn't filed. Mr. Jim didn't make me feel bad at all; he was very understanding. He made the process of gathering the needed documents easy and was able to walk me through things I didn't understand. He is VERY knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and helpful.
