I’ve had an excellent experience with Affordable Tax Service. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire tax process. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you understand your return before filing.
I called today to try to schedule an appointment to discuss my taxes. The person who answered the phone spoke Spanish. She said no one in the office could speak English. If you're a English speaker don't bother trying to use this place. I don't get why they advertise in English if no one can speak it.
