Spoke with Joe He informed me his the owner and I Guess I was discriminated because I'm Hispanic, He prefers Afro-American clients. Please stay away from his poor customer service.
I paid Joe 2 years ago up front to file my tax. Never heard from him a again. When I finally got ahold of him he made excuses and told he would talk to me give him a call back again nothing. Don't I'll will say this once again, don't go to this person. He's a swindler. He could've said he couldn't do it and gave my money back.
After filing my 2024 tax return I noticed I didn't get all my documents back. I gave both my w-2s and reported income from my death benefits which were never reported on my 1040. After scanning my 1040 return thoroughly, I realize I only had one W-2 added to the entire tax refund. I'm pretty sure the game they're going to play with the IRS when they get audit.
