No communication in this company. 2 caps took 3 wks. They couldn't get the order right. I received several calls asking what I wanted on the caps. They didn't even take down my phone number correctly as they called a different person with my order. Luckily I knew the guy. Very unorganized. I will not be going back to this place. They fumbled 2 caps Imagine if it were a big order.
I've been jumping through hoops at every embroidery/screen printing shop for a while now. I went in here and got extremely professional and courteous service, and 20 minutes later, I walked out with my large order started. By the time I got home, I had a message with the tester version of my product to make sure I liked it before mass production. Very impressed.
I stopped by to inquire about some vinyl decals and Kirk took care of me. In and out in about 30 minutes. Excellent price and service!!!!
