Great service, communication was good, spa was delivered a few weeks earlier than expected.
Bought a swim spa from these guys a few years back.. buying something like this is a reasonable outlay of money so we were cautious and did a lot of research.. hence I wanted to write this review to help others. We had a chap come out to look at our spa pump. Pulled it apart and found a ceased up bearing. Put it back together and didn't do the bolts or screws up properly. Had water going everywhere. Also now have a new leak elsewhere that wasn't there before. Called the office and was told we would get a call back. Didn't happen. Don't waste your money on them. Troy
I rang the store and the grumpy git that answered was enough for me to hang up and find another store and glad i did .
