We had a chap come out to look at our spa pump. Pulled it apart and found a ceased up bearing. Put it back together and didn't do the bolts or screws up properly. Had water going everywhere. Also now have a new leak elsewhere that wasn't there before. Called the office and was told we would get a call back. Didn't happen. Don't waste your money on them. Troy
I rang the store and the grumpy git that answered was enough for me to hang up and find another store and glad i did .
Fantastic spa and great after sales service as well. Had a very small issue and they had it fixed within hours. Highly recommended, thanks guys
Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent in store service and then the best customer service on delivery. Great handover and help with set up. Great team. Australian made product. Don't get much better.
