I ordered online which was easy once I figured out how to gather specification for my replacement screen. Once I placed the order, I waited 3+ weeks and called the Lewisville location a few times and left a voicemail. Much later received an email asking me to come pick up the screen, no follow up via phone call. I did drive out and picked up the screen. Once I got to the store I did not find anyone around, I waited and a gentleman showed up but did not greet me or ask me why I was there. He seemed rather startled to see me. ... read more

The screen fit perfectly and was well made. Very happy with my purchase.
Purchased some 1-in plunger pins and the quality is terrible. The plastic thumbpiece rattles around and is very loose on the pin. I have never seen such low quality parts. I reached out to them about this and they just said this is their quality standard. They didn't offer to refund.
They do a good job at a reasonable price.
